EveryAnswer is a survey recruitment platform built for researchers and public affairs professionals who need high-quality, representative and hard-to-reach respondents.

We recruit research participants through our digital advertising network built specifically for research quality—enabling research firms to take on projects that would otherwise be infeasible due to geography, incidence rate or audience complexity.

Demand for both our core product and consulting work is growing. We are hiring a Front-End Developer to increase delivery capacity, strengthen frontend architecture, and ensure performance and reliability across product and client-facing web applications.

The Role

You will manage 10–20 concurrent survey recruitment projects, oversee digital ad execution, coordinate project delivery, communicate directly with clients, and ensure strong research data quality.

This is a high-responsibility, execution-focused role that delivers day-to-day operations while improving systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Set up and manage recruitment projects in the EveryAnswer console
  • Configure quotas, targeting, and budgets
  • Monitor pacing, performance metrics, and delivery timelines
  • Keep documentation and task tracking up to date

Digital Advertising

  • Oversee ad creation and optimization across Meta, Reddit, TikTok, Snap, Google, YouTube, and StackAdapt
  • Adjust campaigns based on performance data

Client Management

  • Serve as primary point of contact
  • Provide proactive updates
  • Manage expectations and build long-term trust

Research and Quality

  • Apply strong understanding of survey methodology and sampling
  • Identify risks to data quality and recommend adjustments

Process Improvement

  • Identify repeatable workflows
  • Use AI tools effectively to increase efficiency
  • Contribute to improving project delivery systems

What Success Looks Like

Within 6 months, you:

  • Confidently manage 10–20 active projects
  • Deliver projects on time and within performance targets
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Improve internal efficiency and reduce operational friction

Core Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of survey methodology and sampling
  • Experience programming/testing surveys (Qualtrics, SurveySparrow, or QuestionPro)
  • Fluency in major ad platforms (Meta, Reddit, TikTok, Snap, Google, YouTube, StackAdapt)
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets) including formulas, data cleaning, pivot tables and basic analysis
  • Comfortable interpreting performance data and making data-informed decisions
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Strong organization and time management
  • Effective use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
  • Effective use of productivity and office software, including Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, 1Password, MacOS.
  • Postgraduate background in survey research, statistics, social science, marketing research, or a related field and/or meaningful industry experience in market or public opinion research
